All you need to do is Number 1. You should know exactly who your target audience is, 2. Have a conversation with them through DMs, 3. Have a clear value that you can give them on the back end that makes them want to learn more about what you have to offer. You can do those things, then you can market without paid ads, without landing pages, and without all the fancy bells and whistles.
I like to set up a system that generates leads for you, closes deals for you, takes care of all the front-end work which is what takes most people's time up, so that you can focus on giving value back to others, and when you think of it from that perspective, you're probably giving values to others on a daily basis, how many people are coming to you, asking questions, asking how they can get started, that you're answering for free anyway, the only thing we're doing is taking that and putting it into a package. Here's the answer, you put teams, systems, and protocols in place so that you can focus on coaching others and running your business while they focus on generating the students.
The answer is going to shock you because most people would think the next multi-family unit, the next fix, and flip, but I am going to shock you and tell you, that you should put it into your education business, I just helped a client to do this and he made 2400% ROI. It wasn't a matter of him sitting down for four days and teaching some people what he knows, there's no other place where you can get that type of return on investment without the headaches of being a tenant, being a landlord, having tenants, managing problems, making sure people pay their rent on time, so on equivocally, I would say, put it into your education business.
